Our practice covers divorce proceedings under personal law and the Special Marriage Act, judicial separation, maintenance and alimony claims, child custody and guardianship matters, and proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. We also advise on matrimonial property rights, stridhan recovery, and partition and succession disputes within families.

Matrimonial and family disputes frequently give rise to connected criminal proceedings, whether under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, dowry-related offences, or allegations arising in the course of custody and separation disputes. In white collar crime matters, we advise and appear in cases involving fraud, criminal breach of trust, cheating, forgery, and offences under sector-specific legislation, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the Companies Act, 2013. We also represent clients in cybercrime proceedings, covering offences under the Information Technology Act, 2000, including data theft, online fraud, identity theft, and unauthorised access, and advise on the intersection of cyber law with financial and corporate criminal liability.
